4. Humanity

Humanity is an easy to use cloud-based Employee Scheduling Software. The software allows care staff to interact with the head office via their own smartphones and works across Android and iOS platforms.

Staff can set their availability, request time off and securely update their contact information whilst also accepting new shifts at the click of a button.

The program claims to cut time wasted on administration drastically and even includes an automatic roster service which matches carers to clients reducing scheduling conflicts.

Built-in reports provide accurate information for payroll and client billing, as well as prepare necessary reports for regulatory agencies.

5. iCOPS

iCOPS is a flexible multi-functional cloud-based software solution. Its main focus is to support health and care organisations align themselves to the regulatory requirements set by the Care Quality Commission.

Their software can be used to evaluate and improve overall performance, demonstrate compliance with various standards, identify what needs doing, who is going to do it and monitor progress.

One of its most innovative features is the software's ability to grade your organisation and provide you with a potential CQC rating. Whilst there can be no guarantee that rating an organisation against the iCOPS® criteria will result in CQC awarding the same rating on inspection, it can be assured that following the criteria will align an organisation with CQC’s requirements, as it is taken from their own material.

Pricing varies per user and we recommend contacting iCOPS for a quote.
