A Residential Support Worker Needed for Supply Work!
Are you tired of working in a high demanding full-time role but still want to help young vulnerable adults?
Do you hold a Child Care NVQ, BTEC or CACHE?
Do you have experience with working one to one with young adults with Special Needs in a mentoring and enabling role?
A dedicated Residential Support Worker is needed across East Devon to assist children and young adults with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities within SEND and Residential schools.
Shift patterns vary from days, evenings, nights and 24-hour sleeping nights, meaning you can determine what suits your personal life and work the hours that are best for you.
Your role will include various elements of personal care, manual handing, medication distribution and supporting students with their daily lives. Experience and training in the above areas is essential in being successful in this role.
