At MHA we are looking for a self-motivated and driven Residential Lead Support Worker. This role will work as part of the Residential Lead Support team based in the South East, utilising your knowledge gained through relevant qualification and experience to ensure safe care practice within the Home as agreed with the Regional Director.

Salary: GBP 29,200 per annum

As part of your main responsibilities, you will be required to assist the management within the Home to maintain a positive atmosphere and care practices based on the values of MHA deriving from a concern for the individual and mutual respect between residents and staff.


With recent Service Improvement experience in a Care Home setting and supervisory management within the care sector, you will be pivotal in keeping MHA services at the forefront of innovative and excellent practice across its services.

To be considered for this role you must have a recognised higher qualification in Health and Social Care (QCF or equivalent in Level 3). It will also be an advantage for you to have been a Senior Care Assistant or Deputy Manager, and ability to work with teams to evidence staff coaching and development knowledge to improve effective ways of working.

This is a field based role, working alongside operational colleagues. The post requires a willingness to be flexible and the ability to travel extensively and be away from home on a regular basis.
